Frances is a proud lifelong resident of New Mexico with deep roots in the community she serves. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from the University of New Mexico and later completed her Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Security and Criminology from the University of Phoenix.
Service has always been at the heart of Frances’ career. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked in customer service, retail, as a librarian, an Income Support Officer, and a Probation Officer. Each of these roles strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, advocate for others, and support people through important life moments. She also dedicated several years to raising her three children — an experience that shaped her deep compassion, patience, and understanding of what “home” truly means.
For over 11 years, Frances has been helping clients navigate the real estate process with confidence and care. She has worked with people from all walks of life and understands that buying or selling a home is not just a transaction — it’s a major life transition. Her empathy, kindness, and knowledge of the market allow her to guide clients with steady support and thoughtful expertise.
In her free time, Frances treasures spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.
Whether you’re selling your home, searching for your dream home, or exploring investment opportunities, Frances is committed to helping you every step of the way — with integrity, heart, and experience.
