Introducing Wagging Tails & Welcome Mats—our open house series happening every week from April 15 through June 30, 2025! We're not only opening doors to beautiful homes across Albuquerque—we’re also opening our hearts to pets in need through a special partnership with Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico.

Throughout this 11-week stretch, Your Casa Team will host open houses at a variety of listings—from cozy condos to family-ready homes in some of Albuquerque’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Whether you're actively house hunting or just beginning to explore your options, this is a great opportunity to get to know the market, ask questions, and meet our experienced team.

We’ll be on-site each week to answer all your real estate questions, connect you with trusted resources, and help you find the place that feels like home.

🐾 Bring the Love: Support Pets in Need

As part of Wagging Tails & Welcome Mats, we’re collecting donations for Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming small dog breeds across the state.

Each open house will feature a donation drop-off area where visitors can bring much-needed items for dogs awaiting their forever homes. If you’d like to contribute, here’s what’s especially appreciated:

• Dog food (wet or dry)

• Treats

• Leashes & collars

• Dog beds or blankets

• Toys

• Carriers or crates

• Cleaning supplies (e.g., paper towels, puppy pads)

Every item you bring helps a rescue dog feel safer, warmer, and more loved as they wait for a new beginning.
